Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shola Link, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at our sole discretion

Listings and Content

Users may post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post.

• You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through our platform
• You grant us a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the platform
• You represent and warrant that you own the content or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use the content
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights

Fees and Payments

Shola Link charges fees for certain services, such as commission on completed transactions. By using these services, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with notice to users
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of our platform

Commission Structure

Our commission rates vary by category and are calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount. The following rates apply:

* Minimum commission 500 ETB

Transactions and Disputes

All transactions are conducted between users. Shola Link is not a party to any agreement between buyers and sellers. In case of disputes:

1. First, attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the other party
2. If unresolved, you may contact our support team for mediation assistance
3. We may review relevant information but do not guarantee resolution
4. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in disputes

Broker Terms

Brokers using our platform agree to additional terms:

• You must hold a valid broker license and provide verification documents
• You agree to act in good faith and represent clients honestly
• You are responsible for ensuring all listings are accurate and comply with laws
• Commission will be paid according to the published schedule

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shola Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
